Account and registration

No. Each person can hold only one active account on smartaoncash. Opening multiple accounts violates our terms and may result in all accounts being closed and balances forfeited. If you have already opened an account and forgotten the login details, use the password-recovery link on the login page to regain access to your existing account. Do not attempt to register again. If you believe someone else has opened an account using your name or identification, contact our support team immediately so we can investigate.

If you see activity in your account that you do not recognize, or if you cannot log in to your account, take action immediately. Change your password using the password-recovery link on the login page. If you can still access your account, enable two-factor authentication (2FA) in your account settings — this adds an extra verification step when logging in or withdrawing. Then contact our support team via in-app chat and describe the suspicious activity. Do not share your password, 2FA codes, or identification documents with anyone claiming to be from smartaoncash support — we never ask for passwords. Our support team can verify your identity using your email and account details only.

When you create a new account on smartaoncash, you will see a field labeled "Promotion Code" or "Bonus Code" during registration. Enter the code in that field if you have one. If you register without a code, you cannot add one later — promotion codes must be entered at account creation. Once your account is active and you have completed KYC verification, any applicable bonus will be credited to your account automatically. Check your email for a notification confirming the bonus amount and any conditions that apply (such as playthrough requirements). You will be redirected to your chosen app (or a payment gateway) to authorize the transfer. If the deposit does not appear after subject to verification, do not deposit again — contact our support team with your transaction reference number so we can investigate. We do not charge fees for deposits via any payment method (local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, or bank transfer). However, your bank or e-wallet provider may charge their own fees — check with them directly. For withdrawals, we also do not charge a fee to process your withdrawal to your chosen payment method. Your e-wallet or bank may deduct a small transfer fee from the amount you receive, but smartaoncash does not take a cut. The amount you request to withdraw is the amount credited back to your account, minus any fees your payment provider applies. If you see an unexpected fee on a withdrawal, contact your bank or e-wallet provider first, then ask our support team if needed.

Odds on smartaoncash represent the likelihood of an outcome and determine how much you receive if your bet wins. If you place a bet at odds of 2.0 (called "even money") and win, you receive double your stake. For example, a our welcome offer bet at 2.0 odds pays our welcome offer (your original stake plus our welcome offer profit). Odds vary across different markets and update in real time as the match approaches or unfolds. Higher odds mean lower probability but larger payouts if you win; lower odds mean higher probability but smaller payouts. On smartaoncash, you can see the odds for every market before you confirm your bet. Once you place the bet, those odds are locked in. Payouts are calculated automatically when the match ends and settled to your account balance.
